TDS have an established a service network to specifically support TDS & Ventura door systems in UK operation. Additionally other commonly fitted systems can generally be supported. Special access to technical data, system training and spare parts is provided to our main agents who are strategically located in London, The Midlands and Scotland. Cover for Northern and Southern Ireland is also available.
Extensive support services are offered for the bus and coach door after market. Including technical assistance remotely or on site, spare part identification and procurement, fault diagnosis, preventative maintenance programs and vehicle off road maintenance support.
We can visit your facility and train your engineering staff on a vehicle in door preventative maintenance and common fault finding. Electric or Pneumatic and Inward Gliders, Folders, Pivot or Plug Sliders types can be covered.
Our experienced Service Engineers can visit you at your location at a convenient time for you, to remedy any door faults you may have. If during their visit they discover worn out parts that need replacement, they always carry a large selection of spare parts from the smallest of screws, to pneumatic / electric door buttons, actuators and valves so your problem should be remedied without unnecessary delay.
When you use our service engineer and you are not an established account customer with us, we will give you a special discount for all future spare part purchases.
For fleet operators we can offer you a door preventative maintenance program. We will at a fixed agreed contract price visit your depots at off peak times, adjust and reset your doors and replace bottom and top guide spindles where required. Should sealing rubbers or pneumatic components require replacement; these can be replaced at an agreed discounted cost during the visit.
